DCS BFGC-30G Series 7 30-Inch Built-In All-Grill offers a versatile full feature grill with a superior design and high end quality for unparalleled cooking performance. This grill features a complete 304 stainless steel construction to provide maximum durability designed to withstand the rigors of the outdoors. The double sided cast stainless steel grill grates feature one side with a gentle radius for handling delicate foods while the other side features a W shape for perfect sear lines while the patented Grease Management System™ channels grease and oils away from the flames to prevent flare ups and simplify the cleaning process.
Each precision ported stainless steel burner delivers an impressive 25,000 BTU for maximum heat capability while the layer of ceramic rods that sits between the burners and grill grates provides a more controlled heat to offer both high temperature searing and low, controlled cooking. Each burner is ignited with the 9V battery ignition system for simple usability and includes a flat stainless steel grill cover to protect the grill when not in use.
