The patented "S" style wave grill grates are a signature of Napoleon grills and feature a 7.5mm thick 304 stainless steel construction to provide long lasting durability and allow professional style grill marks. The unique Flame Throwing ignition provides a simple and reliable ignition by "shooting" a flame to the burners, making startup a breeze. The infrared back burner is rated for 18,000 BTU to allow professional style rotisserie cooking with the heavy duty rotisserie kit and the side infrared "Sizzle Zone" is rated for 14,000 BTU and can reach up to 1,800 F to achieve steakhouse quality searing. The stainless steel side shelves feature integrated tool hooks for convenience and the (4) heavy duty casters allow easy mobility and lock to stay in place.
