2 Lobsters (1 lb or more)
For the caper butter:
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons drained capers
1 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped chives, tarragon, and/or basil
Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Melt all ingredients together
Split the lobster on the belly end.
Pre-Heat grill to medium heat
Place the lobster on the grill split side down. Grill approximately 3 minutes.
Turn over the lobsters
Spoon in Caper butter into the split cavity and continue grilling until done.
Do not over cook.
Serve on a platter with Caper butter
